• Basic – €1,499: 1 vehicle
• Plus – €2,799: up to 2 vehicles
• Premium – €4,999: up to 4 vehicles
• Business – €9,999: up to 10 vehicles

👉 The bigger the package, the lower the average cost per vehicle.

⚠️ Packages are valid for 12 months.

Important note: A package only grants the right to access our service. The vehicle price, maritime transport, transport insurance, and all auction-/vehicle-related fees are not included and will be invoiced separately in the final bill with all costs detailed.

Your package remains valid for 12 months from purchase. If no vehicle is purchased within this period, the package expires automatically and no refund is due. You can always purchase a new package later if you wish to restart the process.

No — instalments are not available. The package must be paid in one payment on our website via the Formulas & Services page.

The vehicle price, maritime shipping, transport insurance, and all auction-/vehicle-related fees are to be paid after the auction is won, and will be detailed in the final invoice for full transparency.

We recommend carefully choosing the package that fits your needs. However, we may consider exceptions if you later decide to purchase more vehicles — contact us and we will find a fair solution.

We offer a free personalized search to clients with an active package — submit your criteria and we’ll search on your behalf.

Most are right-hand drive (RHD), but many high-end European models arrive in Japan as LHD (Mercedes, Porsche, Ferrari…), which are in high demand for export.

We provide end-to-end support with strong expertise, especially in European LHD vehicles.
We also offer a free personalized search (for clients with a paid package) so you can find your dream car without browsing auctions every day.
And we are fully transparent about our fees, with no hidden costs.

You pay the hammer price, never your maximum. Example: limit €10,000, sold for €8,500 → you pay €8,500 (+ fees).

Then the car is not won, and you can bid on another at no extra cost. If a bid is far below market value, we may decline to place it to avoid wasting time.

Yes — transport insurance is included to protect your vehicle during sea shipping.

Transported to a Japanese port → shipped via RORO or container → usually 4–8 weeks to your port.
Customs clearance and local import taxes are your responsibility.
You also receive maritime tracking until arrival.

Yes, we can arrange shipping to most countries worldwide. However, it is your responsibility to check whether your country allows the importation of the chosen vehicle — especially regarding age or compliance rules. We recommend confirming with your local customs authorities before purchase.

A full invoice, the Japanese Export Certificate (with English translation), the Bill of Lading, and port photos.
All originals are shipped by secure courier.

We will send you the final invoice within a few hours of purchase, payable within 48 hours.
Then we handle export, book the ship, and provide maritime tracking until arrival at your selected port.

In addition to the service package, here are the typical costs related to buying and exporting a vehicle from Japan:

• Vehicle price (hammer price at auction)
• Auction house fee: ¥24,000 – ¥40,000
• Domestic inland transportation: ¥22,000 – ¥38,000 on average. Please ask for a quote for distant auction houses.
