Step 1: Choose Your Package

Select the package that best fits your needs. The more vehicles included, the lower the cost per vehicle, while maintaining full support. All our packages are valid for 12 months, giving you plenty of time to choose the vehicle(s) that suit you best.

Vehicle Selection

Step 2: Select a Vehicle

Gain access to tens of thousands of vehicles available in Japanese auctions. We can help you choose the right vehicle(s), translate the auction sheets into English, and guide you toward the best opportunities.

Auction Bid

Step 3: Place Your Bid

You tell us your maximum budget. Before forwarding the bid to our agent in Japan, we provide you with the final total cost (vehicle, auction fees, transport, and export), ensuring complete transparency.

Invoice Sent

Step 4: Winning Bid = Invoice

If your bid is successful, we send you a full invoice including the vehicle, auction-related fees, and all export and transport costs. Once validated and paid, the shipping process begins.

Shipping

Step 5: Vehicle Shipment

Once a vessel is secured, your vehicle is loaded and begins its journey to your chosen port. We provide you with the official shipping tracking so you can monitor the transport with peace of mind.

Documents Delivery

Step 6: Receive Your Documents

You will receive all export documents (Bill of Lading, Export Certificate, etc.) required to collect your vehicle upon arrival. Our mission ends once the export is fully confirmed.

Why Choose Royal Japan Import?

We make importing vehicles from Japan simple, transparent, and professional — with personalised guidance and a seamless experience to help you confidently import the car of your dreams.

Unlike other importers, we offer professional inspections on request before the auction, in addition to the standard inspection carried out at the auction house, so you can clearly understand each vehicle’s true condition. You know exactly what you are buying — without surprises. We are also 100% transparent about our fees from the start.

We have in-depth expertise in left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles, especially European brands. We know market values, reliability, maintenance costs, and technical specifics — which means reliable, precise advice to help you target vehicles that truly fit your goals. And of course, we can also import right-hand drive (RHD) vehicles with no issue.

Once your vehicle is won, shipment is arranged promptly. You receive official export documents (Bill of Lading, Export Certificate, etc.) and clear tracking until the ship’s arrival.
